Omission of Financial Disclosure Statement. In the letter to the editor titled "Wrong-Site Surgery," published in the October issue of the ARCHIVES (2006;141:1049-1050), the financial disclosure statement was omitted. It should have read as follows: "Dr Rothman is a principal of Sitemarx LLC."
