Incorrect Author Surname. In the article titled "A Longitudinal Analysis of the General Surgery Workforce in the United States, 1981-2005," by Lynge et al, published in the April issue of the Archives (2008;143[4]:345-350), the first author's surname was incorrectly listed in the "Author Affiliations" (page 345) and the "Author Contributions" (page 349) sections. It should have been listed as Lynge.
